Communities that vote, advocate for policies, and engage their public leaders are successful in achieving Civic Justice! Sometimes, there is confusion as to what it means to engage in civics and politics in a non-partisan way.
Muslim Civic Coalition-Activate supports the full liberation and self-determination of all people suffering under colonial subjugation and foreign intervention.
This includes the people of Palestine, Lebanon, Syria, Iran, Yemen, Sudan, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Venezuela, and Cuba. We oppose the ongoing oppression of Native American tribes, Black and African American communities, and Latino communities here at home. And we stand in solidarity with our brothers and sisters across the globe who are persecuted for their faith, including the Uyghur people and Rohingya people.
We recognize that these struggles across the globe are connected to our fight for civic justice at home.
